Refund policy & FAQ
Every suit is unique and has a different fit. We try to describe de fit the best way possible for every suit in the description but don’t hesitate to contact us if you have any size related questions and we will try to help as best as possible.
How to return
We hope you only make a considered purchase but we can understand if you want to return the item(s). Suits can only be returned as a set, you can not keep 1 item of the suit en return the other.
You can return any The Uniform Label product purchased on our online shop, within 14 days of the delivery date.
If you wish to return an item, please follow below steps:
- Contact us on email@example.com and let us know which item(s) you would like to return and the reason why
- Make sure the item is in its original condition, with tags and packaging included, for us to be able to accept your return and issue a refund.
- Pack the items in the order box and stick the return label over the prior delivery information.
The customer is responsible for paying for shipping costs for returning any item/s using a trackable shipping method. All shipping costs are non-refundable.
We are not responsible for items not received by us due to shipping issues. Once your package has reached our warehouse (within 3-7 working days) and has been accepted, your refund will be issued. If your return does not meet the conditions listed, the package will be sent back to you. You may return items by using any secure transport, but note that you will liable in case of any loss.
